Fullmetal Alchemist
Jun. 9th, 2010 05:10 pmIt's over. **sniff sniff** It's like an end to an era.
I told myself I would not look at the raws but I did anyway. And, thankfully, I wasn't disappointed. Or, at least, I saw no major disappointments in the images. Reading it may be a while different story. But I shall remain hopeful and giddy until I hear otherwise.
I was very late (read: college) getting into anime and it was still around two or three years later when I started reading manga. Fullmetal Alchemist was the first manga series I began purchasing and it was followed swiftly by Furuba. Given Viz's slow release schedule, I still be buying it for quite awhile. But that's ok. Unlike alot of series, it's never really let me down. And it's certainly more satisfying than Furuba turned out to be.
