Ouch...
ADV to Auction Surplus Office Supplies. You hear about the lost jobs but it doesn't really sink in until you see someone's desk up for auction.
But apparently ADV Manga is still alive...though not so kicking. If anything, the threat from the less sane members of the Yotsuba&! fandom will keep that one in print.
I want to pull for ADV (if only for nostalgia's sake) but it really seems like you're hosed if your company's name isn't Viz, Funimation, or Bandai. The market, especially right now, just can't support everyone like it used to.
