I'm not so sure...
Teaser Trailer for the Direct to DVD Dead Like Me movie
Thoughts:
1. I am not digging the new Daisy. If they were unable to get Laura Harris, they should have let the character move on. She may not actually play the character as one note as it appears (this is, after all, a teaser). I'm just not optimistic. On a "oh really" note: Sarah Wynter and Laura Harris played sisters in the 2nd season of 24.
2. I'm not sure how I feel about the no Mandy Patinkin/Rube issue. The new head reaper looks totally smarmy though.
3. The girl who plays Reggie has totally grown. I didn't recognize her at first.
4. Delores and Crystal are in the movie. Yay! I really grew to love the guys at Happy Time.
5. Are they going to cover the "What happened with Betty?" issue. I noticed that Rebecca Gayheart wasn't listed in the cast list on wikipedia, but I don't think she needs to necessarily be there for them to talk about her situation.
It seems as if everyone was hoping that they would one day add another chapter to the series. Let's just hope that haven't fucked up.
